Jill did an excellent job! We highly recommend her. Our cats liked & trusted her immediately. Although we agreed that she only needed to be at our house long enough to clean the litter boxes and make sure the cats were good, she stayed for over two hours one day, waiting for a technician to arrive when there was an unexpected issue with our front door. We will absolutely be using Jill for our future needs.

Jessica is amazing!! If you have a cat she is the one for you. She is a true cat whisperer. Jessica kept us updated with pictures and texts and really went above and beyond. We have one cat who is friendly but at arm length friendly. Jessica was able to pet him, hand feed him and eventually hold him and give him a kiss. I highly recommend her for anyone with a cat!

Laura is amazing. Very easy communication. Came over to meet my pets prior to drop in visits. I was able to book on short notice. She is very easy going and great with animals. Very friendly. I will use her again. Highly recommended!

Very unexpectedly my husband and I had to travel out of state for a very sad and stressful visit. We rushed around to contact a few local family members to get daily care for our three cats. No one could help us. I’ve never used Rover before, and was actually quite nervous, knowing that my cats are older, and typically don’t do well with strangers. I chose Torii based on the reviews she had been given by others. Torii responded back to me right away, and our visits were booked. Torii visited my cats once a day for three days. She was easy to communicate with, very punctual, followed the care instructions that I left for her, and it seems she made friends with a couple of my cats. ? Booking through Rover was very easy and efficient. We are very pleased with the professionalism given by Rover and Torii. My husband and I are beyond grateful to have a service such as Rover and exceptional caregivers, such as Torii. We will definitely use Rover and Torii on any future pet sitting needs! Thank you.

Briana took good care of my cat while I was away. She followed instructions precisely and made sure to clarify in case of any misunderstandings. My cat is normally very shy of other humans and pets upon first meetings, but mine opened up and was very friendly towards Briana. I will definitely be using Briana's services in the future again.
