Rhokia was so great with my fur baby! It was a last minute booking in a city I had never booked before so I was definitely nervous but all of that went out the window when she showed up. She kept me updated throughout her time with him, sent me pictures and answered all my messages…. It was so easy and so pleasant to work with her and my puppy loved her… he cried a little when she left. I will definitely be booking her again next time I’m in town.

Ashley was amazing and so communicative every time she dropped in. I got so many cute photos and she was great with Kaia (: she updated me on everything from how Kaia was doing to her litter box, food etc. and even just my apartment in general. I’m usually so nervous to leave but Ashley made it so much easier and her updates made me feel so much more comfortable and confident that Kaia was happy and getting so much love while I was gone. Jeanette was reliable, professional, kind to my picky little shit tzu, and took good care of my formidable orange tabby cat as well. She was on time, sent pictures after each visit and really worked hard to get my little dog to eat. Will book her again.

Sarah was very communicative and sent messages and photos everyday. One of my cats hid under the bed most days and the other accepted pets. However, both cats were much calmer after a week of being gone than they have in the past after one or two day trips with no sitter. It gave me a lot of peace to know they were being checked on.

Great and easy experience with Valentina. She coordinated met and greet to ensure Levi would be comfortable while e were away and did everything perfectly. Very professional and great communication.

Brenda is exceptional! We had Brenda watch our 15-year-old senior dog Toro while we were away on a spring break trip, and we knew from the beginning he was in great care. Brenda was not only caring and good with Toro, she was a great communicator and very thorough in her tasks. She went above and beyond, and now we have our go-to dog walker and sitter for any future needs.

We had a spur of the moment day trip we needed to take and we had never used this service before so we were taking a chance. Jennifer was amazing she dropped in on them twice and took pics and took them for walks. I could not have been more pleased with the care she gave. We will definitely use her again!

Right before I left, I noticed Paws wasn’t feeling well—he seemed uncomfortable, and I mentioned it to Brianna just in case. Little did I know, things would escalate into a full-blown emergency. Brianna was beyond incredible. She kept me updated, checked on him frequently, and when she found that he had soiled himself, vomited, and later showed blood in his urine, she immediately took action. She called me right away, handled the situation with complete professionalism and care, found his carrier, and located an emergency vet within minutes. She got him there quickly and ensured he was onboarded into the hospital seamlessly. This was such a terrifying experience, and I don’t know what I would have done without her. Not only did she take amazing care of Paws, but she also made sure I felt supported and informed every step of the way. She gave me thoughtful advice, reassured me, and even helped me think through the best course of action moving forward. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and highly capable pet sitter, Brianna is the one! She went above and beyond in every way, and I am so incredibly grateful.
