I cannot recommend Rachel enough for her exceptional care of my cats while I was away. She did an outstanding job! When I returned home, my cats were relaxed, well-fed, and clearly happy. I was especially amazed to see that one of my cats, who usually avoids strangers, seemed to have formed a bond with Rachel.Rachel kept me updated every day with information about how my cats were doing and what she had done in their care, which gave me great peace of mind. She is a true professional who knows exactly what she is doing. It's evident that my cats accepted and liked her, which speaks volumes about her skills and genuine love for animals.Moreover, Rachel is very friendly and easy to communicate with, making the entire experience enjoyable. We feel so lucky to have found Tihana. We had a power outage and our Wi-Fi went out, affecting our security cameras and automatic feeder. She made a special trip to make sure our cat was okay, and figured out how to reset our Wi-Fi (without us even asking!) we couldn’t be happier, or recommend her more highly.
