We’ve had Jonell watch our cat Duncan multiple times now for over a year and she’s been absolutely amazing each time! She’s very communicative about how he’s doing, what she did for him that day, and if there are any concerns. We always get the best pictures of him from her each visit! She’s always on time and never misses a beat with the instructions we laid out. She always goes the extra mile to ensure our fur baby feels safe and loved while we are away! Tihana was able to care for my cats on extremely short notice after our caretaker fell through after we were already out of the country on our honeymoon. I was completely panicked and she was very kind and understanding.

Maya did a great job taking care of my guinea pigs!! She came at a consistent time and sent really nice photos to show the whole routine. My girls were in good spirits when I got home. We will definitely use Maya's services again!
