Dog Boarding in Placida

I was on the disaster team working in FL and needed someone to watch my little one for a couple days. This was the 1st time I've used Rover. I must admit that I was kind of a skeptic at first because of Monica having such large animals around. And boarding my little 4 lb yorkie puppy was an issue for me. Upon the 1st visit she showed me around her beautiful home and showed me passages of how Bella would be safely away from the other dogs. But what really was special to me was she had Bella in her own private quarters with her. She sent me updates at least 3 to 4 times a-day with pictures and information without me even asking. It kept me at ease through the day knowing she was safely in her care. Monica is both very informative and professional. I would recommend her to anyone. She will not disappoint you.

Bob is ? percent the real deal. He cared for both of our doggos on just a few hours notice, for several days. He made them feel totally at home! He responded to every text we sent to check on them immediately, and with a photo as well. He even took them to Starbucks for a pup cup in the mornings. I can't recommend him enough. He was a godsend and we will use him anytime we are in town again. Bob, you are amazing!

This was the first time we have ever left our 13 year old baby with anyone other than family. We knew after meeting them for the first time that she would be well taken care of, and she was. We received numerous pictures and updates daily. We felt very comfortable with her being there, and definitely recommend them.

Melissa and Scott took great care of my Chico !!! At first we were nervous in leaving our baby for first time but they made him feel like he was at home!!

Marcia did an amazing job caring for my dog. She was flexible, helpful, and so very kind! I would highly recommend her to care for your pet. They will have a wonderful time and receive plenty of attention while you are away!

Our vacations are made extra special because we did not have to worry about our baby Tessa. We knew she was in the loving care of Kathy and her husband. Tessa having stayed in their care before feels right at home. She has other dogs to hang with and a basket of toys to choose from. The daily pictures and updates are magical and very comforting. Thank you for taking wonderful care of our baby girl.

Marcela was a wonderful caregiver to our dogs!! She was quick to respond to inquiries and sent us a video of the fur babies each day! When I arrived to pick them up her and her husband had the dogs on the golf cart for a little ride around their gorgeous county property! Made my heart melt. They treated my precious cuties like family! I would highly recommend Marcela to other pet owners! Thank you so very much. 🥰

Linda was amazing with my dog. She was kind, responsible, and extremely communicative. She sent me pictures of my dog and he looked so happy! My dog is a happy dog but he misses me a lot when I’m gone. He looked completely content and super happy while staying with her. She is such a nice person and I’m so grateful that she was able to watch my dog. Also, she answers very quickly, boarded my dog at the last minute, and let him play in her yard. She gave him all of her attention and was so sweet to him. Thank you for making my pet feel at home in your home, Linda!

Claudia was Amazing! She took care of my beagle Rio over the weekend and he was so happy. She took her for walks and play with him. 100% recommended

As a first time user of at home boarding service, my most important request was ensuring Domino was well loved and cared for. Kimber exceeded my expectations! Domino was welcomed with open arms and so well taken cared of! Loved my baby like her own. Wanted any and all details that would make his stay as comfortable as possible. Followed all my instructions and sent photos and videos to ease my worries. I couldn’t thank her enough for such a smooth experience. Without hesitation, I’ll be using Kimber again when needed!

I would highly recommend Olga to care for your dog! Bentley spent 9 days at their home and was treated like a family member. He was happy and well-adjusted when we picked him up. Feel very comfortable using Olga in the future.

Connie was fantastic with our dog Guinness. She sent multiple pictures during his visit. He was so happy being there like he was at home. The love and care he was shown made us so happy. We highly recommend Connie for any of your dogs needs for daycare. Thanks Connie

I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful Viviana is. She took such wonderful care of my dog, Sprout, and showed her so much love and affection. She was very communicative and kept me updated on how Sprout was doing and even sent me photos and videos. She is an excellent care taker and you can tell how much she really loves pets!!! Will definitely be requesting Viviana again if I ever need a dog sitter. 😄

Teri has been great with adjusting to our untimely move and taking care of our dog for the holidays. She has sent pictures and videos and has done a wonderful job caring for our dog like it was her own. Would definitely ask her to watch our dog again!

Welcomed a meet and greet at her home first. This was the first time our 1-1/2 year old puppy stayed overnight with someone new. Karen was welcoming and warm and responsive to our shy and anxious puppy’s needs. Gave us unprompted videos and pictures to put us at ease. Will definitely ask her to pet sit and overnight board in her beautiful warm and inviting home. Karen’s kind heart shines shines through with our puppy!

Thank you for taking great care of Nala and making her feel welcome and safe while I was away. The videos made me feel at ease knowing she was happy while there. I know she had a great time because she is still sleeping this morning. I will definitely use you again if I need a sitter!!

Jeannie was wonderful and accommodating with Emmy! I was worried about Emmy socializing with other dogs since she was so young, but Jeannie made the transition very easy for her. Jeannie sent daily updates and photos, which helped ease my mind while I was gone. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be returning for any future sitting. 🩷
