Joseph and Reanaleena did an amazing job with my 2 shih tzus. I needed a last minute booking for day care for 3 days and they responded quickly. Booking wad a breeze and they too great care of my pups. Both of them were happy to go back on day 2 and 3 and were both relaxed (yet sleepy) after their fun days. 😀 We are moving out of town, but if we are ever back in Jax, these will be our go to folks if we need a trusted sitter for our shih tzus. Diamond had an amazing time with Alex and his wife, they checked in a lot and send many photo updates. Communication was on point and I did not have to second guess their care at all. I would highly recommend this couple for your boarding/doggy day care needs.

Nina always does an excellent job when keeping Bandit! Fortunately, he didnt have any ill effects from the treats he got into!! Highly recommend her ❤️

Kimberly is good with dogs. She provided daily pictures of my pet. She was nice enough to accept Tsuki for boarding instead of Dog Day Care bec I mistakenly booked it. She was flexible and easy to communicate, quick to respond.

We had such an amazing experience with our dog sitter while she watched Heidi and Tyreke! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, professional, and caring, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were in such good hands. She went above and beyond the entire time they were with her. One thing we appreciated so much was all of the updates she sent throughout the day. She constantly kept us informed with messages, photos, and little updates about how Heidi and Tyreke were doing, which honestly made being away from them so much easier. You can truly tell she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. Both dogs came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. She paid attention to their needs, gave them lots of love and attention, and made sure they were comfortable the whole time. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pets, but she completely exceeded our expectations in every way. We are so grateful for the care she gave Heidi and Tyreke and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and loving dog sitter. We will definitely be using her again in the future!

Enzo had a a great day! The staff was super-friendly, and Enzo made many new dog friends. The staff sent us pictures of his day which helped us feel good about his care. He was relaxed and happy when we picked him up. Highly recommend!
