Caitlin was over the top great. This was the first time using her and so glad we selected her. We were gone during hurricane Milton with the eye of the storm expecting to hit in our location she kept us updated before, during, and after. Not only keeping our 3 cats safe but preparing our place before the storm then cleaning up a small portion of flood damage after. The piece of mind she gave us during our trip was priceless. Teresa is outstanding. We are very confident when traveling that our cats are shown love and affection, and that their needs are met. It was the little things she did for them/us is why we will continue to utilize Teresa. We highly recommend her.

She was so nice with her demeanor and spent time with us going over our routine. We had to use this service in a jam and we are hooked. Our ghost cat Ava never comes out. She played with her and held her and talked with her.by the last day they were buddies. She cleaned up the dishes and was really up to date with progress and pictures.

Danielle is a true blessing for me and my fur baby. He loves her which is comforting to me while traveling. She is also very reliable which is hard to come by these days, unfortunately.

Kaitlyn is a great communicator. I appreciated how she came in advance and took notes. When I rebooked her, she had her notes already. Cats seemed how when I returned. One is a cat that loves/requires attention.
