Our cat is the definition of scaredy cat - she hides when we have visitors. But after a handful of check-ins Kim has not only gotten our cat to come out of hiding but was able to pick her up! Kim is great and we’ll continue to use her services for cat check-ins.

Our house is chaotic and George went over and beyond in caring for all our chaotic pets. He was communicative of the good and bad things. Which is refreshing. We got daily photos and constant updates. We have already rebooked!!

My boyfriend and I usually board Bally when we leave so we were nervous about leaving her home for a weekend while we were away. However, we need not have worried at all! Anna gave us total peace of mind checking in on Bally twice a day, providing lots of love and walks, and several photos per visit. Anna was always on time and thorough with her updates on Bally which we really appreciated. As a first time Rover user, I'm beyond impressed and love that we now have someone reliable, kind, and caring in our neighborhood to check in on Bally anytime we are away. Jackie has taken care of our 3 beagles a few times. My beagles really like her! She takes good care of them!

They were so good with my puppies and gave them plenty of cuddles and walks. That was the first time I had to leave my dogs for a few days. It was nice not to have to worry about the them because I knew they were in such good hands!

Maria is a gem of a human! We tasked her with taking care of both our fur babies during our wedding. Every single visit included photos of our babies doing well, calm in their own enviroment. She provided at least a paragraph of their activities, and became basically best friends with a cat that doesn't even have a job or good credit. She was prompt, punctual, and really seemed to enjoy her time with them. She left us with actual in-hand photos of our babies, complete with well wishes for our upcoming wedding. 10/10, id give her more stars if they'd allow it.

Ashley is a godsend! She did an amazing job with our fur babies. One of ours is a diabetic and she rocked out giving those shots! We will definitely use her in the future!
