Nikki made a great impression on our meet and greet. She was very professional and talked me through her routine with the dogs, making me feel very at ease. I felt confident that I was leaving Mila in good hands on her first day of doggy day care. She was so sweet and I can just tell she has that dog whisperer thing going on. We used Rover for the very first time with Sahar. We explained to her that we recently adopted a dog that has anxiety and gets nervous around people. We used her for 2 hours as a test and all went well. Our dog did not appear to be overly nervous when picked up. Will definitely use Sahar in the future and will do more than 2 hours next time.
