Sophia was fantastic. Maggie loved her. She was on time and spent a good thirty minutes feeding and letting her out on the balcony (screened of course!) I highly recommend her.

Brittany was great and very professional. Stopped in to visit and meet the kitties before we left, took good care of our kitties and kept us posted with texts and pictures while we were away. Highly recommend

She was amazing!! So helpful. Great communication throughout our vacation. Took excellent care of our baby!! Rebel really liked her. Will continue to use her every time we vacation in the future

Ethan was amazing! He cared for our two kitties like they were his own. Our kitten that is typically skiddish, warmed up to Ethan extremely quickly. Ethan also let us know when the cats had any type of problems, like getting sick after a meal. My husband and I were able to truly relax and enjoy our vacation knowing Ethan was caring for our babies. We will definitely be using him if we have any future needs.

Katie was wonderful with my cats. One of them is very timid and scared of new people and Katie went out of her way to make him feel comfortable. She was very good with communication throughout the process and I will definitely be asking her to watch th again!

Tracy was amazing. I had my cat Pepper housed with someone else before I found Tracy that had my cat in a room that was not livable for any person or animal. Thankfully I was able to find Tracy and took Pepper to her. Right away she greeted us and allowed me to bring Pepper into her home and get her situated which really eased my worries. Tracy was very kind, loving, friendly and responsive. She sent photos and videos daily. She was also very accommodating and understanding due some bumps in the road that I had to deal with. I would highly recommend Tracy and would definitely ask her to pet sit or house Pepper without a doubt or worry.

Very unexpectedly my husband and I had to travel out of state for a very sad and stressful visit. We rushed around to contact a few local family members to get daily care for our three cats. No one could help us. I’ve never used Rover before, and was actually quite nervous, knowing that my cats are older, and typically don’t do well with strangers. I chose Torii based on the reviews she had been given by others. Torii responded back to me right away, and our visits were booked. Torii visited my cats once a day for three days. She was easy to communicate with, very punctual, followed the care instructions that I left for her, and it seems she made friends with a couple of my cats. ? Booking through Rover was very easy and efficient. We are very pleased with the professionalism given by Rover and Torii. My husband and I are beyond grateful to have a service such as Rover and exceptional caregivers, such as Torii. We will definitely use Rover and Torii on any future pet sitting needs! Thank you.
