The best ever!!! I have met many people and family’s on my journey across the states and we both agree Kaitland and her family gave us the best experience during our time in Jacksonville. She was super flexible and accommodating in every scenario we threw at her. But her family was the best part, We explored, cuddled, tended the garden, took naps, and became friends. Nhi was awesome with my Samantha, didn't want to leave. It was my first time leaving her, I received pictures and videos which put me at ease. When in town again, she will be our person.

Anne did a wonderful job watching Dudley. She kept me updated throughout the day and shared photos. I appreciate her putting my mind at ease when I had to leave Dudley for the first time.

Super pleased with Ava’s care today! They made me feel very safe leaving Ava, and they took such great care of her! Randy and Mimi kept me updated on her day, sent me videos and pictures of her and ensured she had a safe and fun day. She had such a great time with the other dogs that she was completely wiped when we got home. It was a wonderful experience for her very first time away from me and I would recommend them to anyone!
