Shay is truly wonderful. A great lady and she loves my boy. Every time I leave I feel pangs of guilt until I get Shay's updates about how he is doing and the fun he is having. I love reading exactly what's going on and knowing that my boy is being well looked after and cared for. And even happier knowing that this lovely lady truly cares for him and my family. We’d never used a pet service before, but had a last minute need to book a pet care provider for our trip. Hollie was great, she came to meet us the morning of our trip, and my dogs took to her immediately. She was great with communication, and pictures while we were away, and clearly takes her job seriously. My dogs were happy and healthy upon our return, and I now feel that we can travel more often! I would definitely have Hollie back, she was awesome! 5 stars!

Tifany was available on short notice and even came by to meet us and the dogs beforehand! She was very communicative and kept me informed on how they were doing on each of her visits, both with text and pictures. I have a 10-week-old border collie puppy and a crazy young Aussie and she did great with them. I am very paranoid about everything to do with my dogs but I didn’t have one second of worry after meeting Tifany. 10/10 would use again; there’s a reason she has so many 5-star reviews!
