Shelby was amazing and took great care of our pups! She followed all instructions, sent pictures and had great communication. She started the laundry, took the trash out, and left our house in fabulous condition. Our dogs definitely enjoyed her staying with them and Hank went looking for her the next morning. Fantastic communicator! This was the first time Heather cared for our pets and we're thrilled with her care and communication of any issues or questions. There were contractors that showed up un expectedly and the she let us know. She reinforced our rules with the furry ones which kept their behavior consistent. Much appreciated!
