Aliia was excellent and went above and beyond with the service she provided. My cat (Poodie) was well cared for and she cleaned up after him and kept me informed the whole time with pics and detailed notes. I HIGHLY recommend Aliia for her services. Camila was wonderful. She was always courteous, kind and professional. Specifically, she said 'no problem' when I had to extend my stay abroad, and took care of my cat accordingly. Also - unlike a former catsitter I had a major problem with - Camila always sent a pic of my cat for every visit, without me having to ask. That is the industry standard, and what professionals do without needing to be asked. I highly recommend her. And I really like that DOGVAY is bonded, insured, and responsible for their petsitters. It gets rid of the anxiety of just hiring 'somebody who likes pets' in your apartment complex, who is totally unaccountable, to take care of your loved ones.

Michelle was great! She really cared about Bono and made sure to make him feel at ease while we were gone. Her updates were just what I needed being so far from home. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to working with her again.
