Katelynn was wonderful. She came and met our cat before we booked. They hit it off right away. She took the fear right out of me as I've never done a service like this online before. She's amazing and we so looked forward to her notes and pictures when she did her drop-in visits. Thank you Katelynn...you're the best!

Renee was very communicative prior to and during the drop-ins. I had no issues with her care for my cat and appreciate the photos and videos sent to know how my cat was doing. My cat has a bit of a routine and appreciated she took the time to come meet prior to understand where everything was and what to do. Would rebook again in the future!
