We really appreciated Samantha's help dropping in on our cat while we were out of town. She was very communicative and went the extra mile of helping bring in the mail and removing a blaring fire alarm that had a dead battery. I literally am so thankful for Sydney! I get so nervous leaving my cat home when I travel for work and other things in my life. He loves attention and gets really sad without it, and I was really worried about having to leave him again. Sydney was so reassuring, very detailed and making sure she knew exactly what needed to be done and did it right, and gave me so many updates! Just currently reviewed cameras of her playing with my cat as well and I can tell how happy he was and safe she made him feel! (he is a scaredy-cat lol). Absolutely 1000% recommend her! I even rebooked her for another extra day. Truly cares and loves your animals like her own and really good working with adjustments and changes if needed too! Very honest and upfront girly too.
