Dog Boarding in West Park

That was the best puppy hotel I could’ve chosen. Bey was nice. She sent me updates on a regular basis. Max ( our Maltese) came back home, happy and healthy. She even gave him a bath while he was there. I will definitely use her again.

Mikayla was amazing with my two large, high-energy dogs. She confirmed my reservation months in advance and was especially accommodating over New Year’s, which made my travel plans completely stress-free. She stayed in touch every day, keeping me updated on how the dogs were doing and how they were behaving. She was incredibly kind, professional, and flexible. One of my dogs had a vet visit right before I left, so I had to leave her with medication and detailed instructions. Mikayla had no issues administering the medication and followed every step exactly as instructed. I’m so grateful for the care she provided to my doggies. Thank you so much, Mikayla!

Jeffrey let me bring Buddy by ahead of time to be sure he would be comfortable. Everything clicked and Buddy's stay was great. I was sent pictures and could not be more comfortable with Jeffery and his wife taking care of Buddy. If I need to leave Buddy again, I hope Jeffrey will be available.

Words can’t express how grateful and satisfied I am with Julie . She genuinely cares for your pet. She quickly bonded with cupcake and made her feel comfortable being away from home for the first time . She provided frequent updates and photos. I will be referring her to all my friends and definitely will be using her again real soon. She made me feel as if I was leaving cupcake with family .

Ekaterina was so nice and my dog loved his time with her. He got so much attention. I got picture updates every few days and he looked so happy :) will definitely be rebooking

Diana was amazing with our dogs! She was communicative, flexible, and kept us updated throughout the entire stay with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. You can tell she genuinely cares and treats the dogs like her own!

King is an amazing sitter. He has watched our dog twice so far and both times we were great. He provides pictures and updates daily and loves our dog like his own. We highly recommend King and we will continue to book him when we take our family vacations. Thanks again King!

Amanda is amazing! We don’t trust many people with our babies but we needed to go out of town and we’re so glad we found her! We immediately felt at ease leaving our Bella with her - it’s clear she loves animals and treats our baby like she’s her own. Will definitely be using Amanda in the future!

Dicle is AMAZING. There are no words to describe how lucky I feel to have found her. She is compassionate, understanding, respectful and kind. The process was smooth from beginning to end. She answered all the questions I had before dropping off my dog and during the stay. I was very worried because this is my first time using the app and leaving my dog with someone new. But she assured me everything will be alright, she asked all questions about feeding, potty, playing, health, etc. Her dogs and cat are also very friendly, they allowed my dog to play with their toys, sleep on their bed, cuddle with their human parents, which made me feel even more relaxed. Dicle constantly sent pictures and videos and answered my texts no matter the time. She is very flexible for drop off and pick up as well. Both Dicle and her husband gave my dog sooooo much love, I couldn't be happier, truly 10000/10.

We needed to book a pet sitter last minute and Paola responded quickly and was able to accommodate us. She took very good care of Tyger. We'll be sure to have her look after Tyger again if needed.

I want to take this moment to thank Denise for her exceptional and outstanding care she provided my 2 babies while I was away. This was there first time staying with Denise and I was blown away at how professional of an experience it was, Denise provided many daily pictures with cute captions of Chloe and Lola, her daily updates brought a smile to my face, and she has a great sense of humor to. Denise is a very sweet, kind, caring wonderful person who has a great positive attitude. I will defiantly be using Denise and my pet sitter going forward. My dogs were safe with her and well taken care of , which meant a lot to me as my older dog Chloe is very fragile due to her age and breed. Thank you so much Denise, I feel blessed to have met you. We love you and Chloe and Lola miss you already.

Sebastián & his wife are amazing!! We got update constantly of our baby rex. They send photos all the time with update. And if you randomly ask for an update they respond with in minutes. They even went out their way to get his favorite morning treat from the store since i forgot to pack it. They will 100% be our dog sitter moving forward!!!

Always great to have Donna watch Hugo. Always easy to communicate with and the daily pictures are a welcomed reminder that he is taken care of well.

Eugenia & Diego are such amazing hosts! Our 1 year old puppy Rosie had so much fun during her 5 night stay. This was our first time leaving her, and they were soo reassuring. Eugenia sent pictures and updates daily, and took such good care of Rosie! She was soo happy when we picked her up and in great health. We definitely look forward to Rosie having more visits with this great family.
