Great as always! We’ve book multiple times and every time returned home to happy kitties. Nico also always takes extra effort to sweep the litter off the bathroom floor and take out trash after feeding our cats, which we very much appreciate. Thank you so much, Nico!

We had an excellent experience with kateryna! From the start, she was professional, kind, and truly attentive to every detail. She carefully followed all the instructions we left and made sure our cats were well cared for. She kept everything clean and organized, and it was clear from the updates and videos that she genuinely cared about our pets. One of our cats is usually very shy, but he warmed up to her a true sign of her patience and gentle nature. We came home to calm, happy cats. Carolina was very nice and responsive. Even offered to come to my home for free before the booking to meet me and Jade and allow me to show her where everything was. This was our first time leaving Jade home alone and Carolina made sure we returned like we were never gone.
