Susan was an EXCELLENT care provider for our dog! She has a lot of knowledge about dogs and it shows. When we met Susan for the first time, she asked great questions, knew how to interact with our dog, and had a genuine concern for the care of our dog. She was prompt in all communications, providing daily updates and photos. Stefania is such a great cat-sitter! She was so very communicative and paid great attention to the varied personalities of our kitties.
