Pet Sitting in Winter Garden

Karen is the best. Seriously. Like, I cannot truly express how much I appreciate her and just how much she does for my pets. For the first time in my pet-owning life, I feel at peace when I travel because I know my cats will be okay while I’m away. This is really significant because my cats are not easy clients! One of them is very shy and the other is a crotchety 17 year old. Most people would give up, feed the cats, scoop poop, and head out right away. But Karen puts in the effort (whether my cats deserve it or not), and she devotes time and energy to interact with them every day - even if it means hanging out under my bed 😂. Just from what I can see in the daily pictures and updates, it’s clear she goes above and beyond and that my cats feel safe and happy. As a pet parent, there’s not much more you could ask for. Tracy was truly phenomenal with our dogs while we were out of state for a few days. From the very beginning, she was professional, reliable, and incredibly kind. She followed every instruction perfectly—including carefully administering medication to one of our dogs—and made us feel completely at ease knowing our boys were in such capable hands. Tracy went above and beyond by sending regular updates and adorable photos at each visit, which meant so much to us while we were away. It was clear from the pictures and notes that our boys were not just being cared for, but were genuinely happy, comfortable, and loved. We are very particular about who we trust in our home and with our dogs, and Tracy exceeded every expectation. Having her stay in our home allowed our boys to remain in their normal routine, and we could tell they felt safe and relaxed with her. We are so grateful to have found someone we trust so completely with the two dogs we hate leaving behind. We would absolutely book Tracy again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, attentive, and dependable dog sitter.

“We don’t deserve Lauren!” That was what we kept saying to ourselves all week! As a super anxious cat mom, I was nervous to leave our two furry friends alone for 10 days, but Lauren made it SO EASY. She left us beautifully detailed notes and so many images every day, that I really looked forward to. She cleaned up the occasional vomit, played with the lasers and, overall, made sure our cats were safe and well loved. We will definitely be using Lauren again! THANK YOU!
