Dog Boarding in Arbor Ridge

I want to thank Jahzavya for taking such great care of our almost 3-year-old German Shepherd, Kai! This was the first time we left him with anyone and were very nervous about how he would adjust to being away from his family for an extended weekend. To make sure everything went smoothly, we booked a 4-hour daycare visit two days before he would be boarding for four days. When we arrived for the daycare visit, Jahzavya met us and Kai and immediately put us at ease. It was as if they were old friends and Kai was happy to see him again. Kai didn't even look back to say goodbye when we walked away or wonder why I was handing him off to someone he'd just met. When we dropped him off for his boarding session, Kai didn't hesitate and was happy to see his new friend quickly forgetting about us again. LOL! And to think I was nervous about leaving him since he was rehomed to my family. I was worried that he would think someone else had given him up and would have separation anxiety. However, we couldn't have asked for a better caretaker for Kai. Jahzavya was very accommodating and quick to respond to all of my messages. He updated me on how Kai was doing daily and fed him the special meals he needed initially due to an upset stomach when he was dropped off. My family and I are extremely grateful to have found Kai a home away from home and will use his services every time we need someone else to care for our furbaby. If I could give him 10 Stars I would!

Fay took very good care of teddy. She kept me well informed of his daily activity and sent lots of photos. I would definitely use her services again. Teddy adjusted to her very good.

John and his wife did a great job sitting my puppy! They made me feel comfortable by sending pictures and videos of him and letting me know how he was doing. They were very friendly and communicative from the start. My puppy had such a great time with them.

Krystale and her daughter were amazing! They took extra care of my fur baby and gave him the special attention he needed to feel comfortable! My Diego was not eating, Krystale notified my and tried another type of soft food, and he started eating and she even sent me pictures so that I would feel comfortable while away. I'll definitely repeat with her! She also gave me a nice gift for Diego, just because we booked with her!

My dog stayed with Daphne while I was on vacation and she took excellent care of my baby! She sent me so many pictures and always updated me on how he was doing. It made me feel so at ease knowing my dog was being loved on & cared for properly!! I can’t thank her enough! We’ll definitely be back again!!

She was great with Jet. He seemed happy and comfortable his entire stay. She kept me up to date with pictures and videos of him playing and resting. I will definitely be rebooking with her in the future.

I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Telly and Carlos for taking care of my fur baby as if she was theirs. They had constant communication with me and sent pictures. You will feel at ease with leaving your baby for sure. They are AWESOME!!! Oh and their home is clean amd smells good.

Laura was amazing! My dog was cared for and we were updated often with pictures! I would highly recommend.

Miriam was amazing! This was Kobe’s second stay with Miriam and her family and he seemed right at home! We received constant updates and she was flexible with our needs. We really appreciate her caring for Kobe as if he was her own!

Javier is the dog sitter that will keep your pet happy, safe, and well cared for. We appreciate the fact that he sent us daily photos/videos and responded to any of our messages within minutes. He is also flexible with pick up times which made it very easy for our travel plans. We will be booking Javier again for our next trip!

Alexandria took such good care of our little pup! She was on time for our meet-ups. She administered his medication perfectly and gave him loves and snuggles. I appreciated the picture and video updates. My mind was at ease while Dexter was there! An overall extremely good experience. :)

Forever grateful for Janii with my last minute sitting request. She was very responsive and Bentley seems to have enjoyed his stay. I will be booking her for future needs!

This is the second time Crystal has taken care of our Winston, and her and her family are the sweetest people you will ever meet. They cared for Winston as if he was their own and I’m pretty sure he didn’t really want to come home!

Alexander made us feel very comfortable as this was the first time we had boarded our puppy. He kept us up to date and did well with communication. The pics he sent also were a delight to receive which showed our puppy was comfortable. Thanks Much Will & Bee

I was very happy with how Erin cared for my elderly mastiff. She is truly devoted to animals and obviously enjoys what she does. She sent pictures and videos of my dog while in her care. I would highly recommend Erin to anyone!

Anna & Joseph have a love for animals like I’ve never seen before. I received many updates and our dog seemed so very happy in every video. Because he now seems sad without having an extra dog, we are now looking to adopt another dog so that Mickey can have a doggie playmate. Thank you Anna and Joseph for your care for our dog.
