Dog Boarding in Bannister Acres

This was my first time using the app and our kitty’s first time away from home. Sarah was very understanding of my concerns. She was caring and comforting to Stormy (my kitty) by providing extra toys and displayed overall knowledge of cats. She always responded promptly and provided updates daily. She is a sweetheart!

This is my second time leaving Lily with Jeronay. She has the absolute best time! I feel less stressed and happy that Lily is in such great hands when I’m away!

First timer and Bryce took great care of my pup! He was very communicative, sent me both pictures/videos, and made him feel right at home! He was very professional throughout the process and I will definitely use his services in the future.

My pup was so happy with Veronica! He made friends with other dogs, got some time to socialize, and was in very good hands. Would recommend and use her boarding services again!

This was my first time using Rover and I had a great experience! My dog was well cared for and I had no complaints at all. Communication was great and I felt comfortable knowing my pup was in good hands. I would definitely book with Soel again. 10/10 experience — highly recommend!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am so grateful to Terry for taking such great care for my baby Zoe. From the first meet and greet...she cuddled Zoe in her arms. She was true to everything shared in her service summary...sharing pics and comments doing her care. It gave me great comfort and assurance. We are blessed to have connected with her! 💕

I don't leave our little guy very often but he is still very socialized. Helen was the perfect person to keep him during our recent trip. Her house and backyard are well thought out for boarding and safety. Her own pooches are also very social and she treated mine like he was one of hers. Pretty sure he slept in her bed as he is used to doing at home! She sent pictures several times a day so I would see that he was enjoying his stay and kept me updated on his behavior. I think my dog even found a girlfriend while he was away. The next rare occasion that I get to leave town, she will be getting another call from me :)

Christina is the absolute best. She is soo kind and soo loving and I couldn’t have left my baby with a better sitter. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I will be using her again!

Michele did great with our two pups! She made sure our older dog was able to get out all of his energy and love while also being patient and loving with our younger corgi who was having an upset nervous tummy. She kept us well updated and even was very flexible with us when our flight home got delayed! Would definitely book with her again

Raffael was wonderful! He sent videos of my dog while we We’re out of town and i can tell he was a happy puppy. Will use Raffael in the future!

Bluey had an amazing time with Langston and Moscoe. This was my first experience with boarding and Langston made me feel comfortable with leaving Bluey with him. I received daily feedback and pictures (which I Loved) to help easy my mind. I kept texting to make sure Bluey was doing well (because I was nervous) and I must say, Langston was very patient with me and answered every text. Thanks Langston and Moscoe. We will be back!!!!!

Iuliia was amazing with my baby. She was kind and ensured I felt comfortable before leaving her. When I picked my baby up she seemed happy & well cared for. Iuliia sent pictures during the stay that eased my mind as this was my 1st time leaving my baby with a stranger. I definitely will be booking with her again.

She always goes above and beyod to make my fur baby happy and feel very loved. Whenever she has a concern she messages me right away. She sends pictures and videos of how my fur baby is doing. She's amazing! 😊

She was an excellent sitter for my cat when I had to travel recently. She kept me updated how she was doing with texts and pictures. I highly recommend her.

Eduardo absolutely loves dogs! He helped our anxious pup, and her anxious pup parents, feel comfortable with her new environment and took great care of her for two whole weeks. He spent lots of time with us going over feeding and potty routines. Also he let our dog explore the entire house and backyard to get acquainted with the new surroundings. I highly recommend Eduardo!
