Joanne was so sweet and took such great care of our cats! It is obvious that she loves animals and we felt great leaving the cats in her care. Our cats are all really social and love company, so it meant a lot that Joanne spent time with them during her drop in visits. It was clear from the updates and pictures we received that she was taking great care of them and giving them lots of love and attention. We will definitely be reaching out again; thanks Joanne!!

Preston did an absolutely outstanding job caring for our animals while we were away for a week. Our dog, who is both highly anxious and sometimes aggressive, completely warmed up to him - a true testament to Preston’s patience and skill. He not only gave our dog the care and attention he needed but also made sure our two cats, two mini horses, and donkey were all well cared for and happy. We came home to a tidy house, content animals, and total peace of mind knowing everything had been handled so well. This was my first time using Rover. I choose Jessica and she was great. She came by every day while I was gone for drop-in visits to feed my cat and all the other stuff you need to do on a daily basis. It takes a bit for Bailey to warm up to other people but Jessica hung in there and eventually she was able to pet him. She sent me pictures and notes every day so I felt good about leaving him with her. I was impressed with her service and will continue to use her going forward. You will be happy if you choose Jessica to take care of your fur babies.

I was super nervous to leave my babies for the first time without a family member staying with them or checking in daily. Katie put us at ease immediately and sent detailed daily updates and photos. I could tell that my kitties were in great hands with her. Our vacation was cut short due to weather and Katie was incredibly flexible with our changed return date. We would recommend her to anyone!

Siara was very friendly and warm when we met to give her the house key. She arrived to take care of Chloe on time and went above and beyond to make sure her litter box was scooped and litter genie changed.
