Catherine took incredible care of our four Aussie kids, during our trip to NY and we couldn’t be more grateful. She treated each of them with genuine affection, patience, and attention to detail. From keeping their routines consistent to making sure everyone felt calm, happy, and engaged, she went above and beyond. We came home to relaxed pups and a spotless house — a true gift. Catherine’s communication was wonderful, her updates/photos were reassuring, and her kind personality shines through in everything she does. We are very particular when it comes to who we trust our pups with when we go out of town. That being said, my husband and I highly recommend her and will absolutely be booking her in the future. Melauna met our two Frenchies a few days before our scheduled visits. There was excellent communication she was prompt and on time with scheduling, we received four pictures with each visit with a status of what they did during that visit. We received an update after each visit on how each dog was doing and whether there was any issues. Excellent I would definitely use again. Thank you.

We booked Naomi for drop-in visits and we're very happy that we did. She was punctual for the initial meet and greet as well as for every visit. She messaged me and sent pictures of our dogs and parrot after each visit. This was the first time we've booked a sitter which was nerve-wracking, but we felt comfortable with her in our home. We'll book her again!
