She really invests and cares about my kitty, and she went above and beyond to look after my home too when the temperature dropped and I had to leave my water dripping. Bailey sent me a daily picture to show the food and water bowls were filled. She was pleasant to interact with and behaved as a professional.

Meaghan came over prior to meet us and Tate and made us feel so comfortable! She helped out with Tate and did great even though he gets nervous sometimes. Will definitely be using Meaghan in the future!

Once again, and as always Jess was wonderful. Our boy was extremely well taken care of and we received plenty of updates and communication on how he was doing and what he was up to. That includes some of the things that he did one day while throwing a temper tantrum for us leaving him and acting out his frustrations. The great thing was that Jess not only took away the things that he had taken his frustration out on, but then went around the house and put up out of his reach anything else that may be tempting for him to tear up. We sure appreciated that and love everything else about Jess. It sure is wonderful to know that your pet is going to be so well taken care of. That makes any vacation so much more enjoyable.
