Dog Boarding in Clayton

Laura has the best energy! She is so peaceful and kind. Her home radiates the same. My dogs were very happy with her! They usually don’t eat when I leave and they ate the whole time. That shows how happy and comfortable they were. My dogs love sitting on our porch and she had 2 great porches for them to sit on during the day. I can’t recommend Laura enough! I will always be reaching out to her when I need help with my girls. Thankful to have found someone so kind!

I was so happy to find Ann! She took such great care of our Finn and Tucker! Finn has some dietary issues and needs to take meds everyday and is on a strict diet, and Tucker is our 15 year old dachshund who has the normal issues of an older dog. Ann was so attentive to their needs and sent us wonderful updates each day. Thanks Ann! We’ll definitely be using you again in the future!

They were great and Bruce loved hanging out with them. They are dog people and give the most attention to the dogs. Nice house in a quiet area.

Robin was super friendly and flexible when some inclement weather caused some problems with our trip to Yosemite and affected our dogs' stay with her. Her house is set up nicely for dogs to come and go inside and out and our two dogs had a great time with her pup. If we ever need a sitter near Yosemite again I won't hesitate to contact her!

I boarded my Goldendoodle with Megan for several nights. She was very prompt in answering my questions regarding her service and did a nice job in keeping me posted on my dog's stay which included sending me photos. I would highly recommend her!

Ms Kathrine is so kind and wonderful with our pups! We are grateful for her! Would highly recommend her services! She’s kept our furbabies for us on more than one occasion & and we can tell they feel comfortable and safe with her as they are so at ease in her care ❤️

Jen and her family provided such an incredible home away from home for Oscar. Oscar had so much fun playing with his two new BFFs Georgia and Sushi Roll (Jen’s two beautiful kind dogs) and living the mountain dog lifestyle exploring the great outdoors around Jen’s beautiful property! We appreciate how incredibly communicative and flexible Jen was with us. And most importantly how great of care she took for our pup over an extended stay. We will be back to Highlands and look forward to Oscar’s reunion with Jen and his new best dog friends!!

Stephanie was wonderful. Took Blue (50lb lab mix) on daily romps to the lake, & doted on her. Stephanie's fenced area is modest, so the daily outings made all the difference. Blue did not seem the least bit stressed with our 2 week separation. Stephanie sent daily photos &/or short videos.

Kristen was great as always! We foisted an additional dog on her at the last minute, and she was very gracious about being OK with that... and when it turned out this new dog first escaped the fenced yard so that she had to chase her down and tackle her, and then managed a few more disruptive things during her one night's stay -- Kristen again very kindly took it all in stride. She deserves an even bigger tip!!

Hannah was the perfect pet sitter. She took such good care of our pup and sent daily photos of him enjoying himself. I felt so comfortable leaving him with her!

I would highly recommend Sylvie. This was our first time we had to leave our dog for an extended period with a sitter. Sylvie was great. She sent us photos to show us how well our dog was doing and it was very clear he was well cared for. We will be requesting her again in the future.

Taylor was so good to our pups! They took them for a nature walk and sent videos and pictures. Also one of our dogs is elderly and has bad eyesight and they were so kind to him. If we are in the Clayton area again we wouldn’t hesitate to have Taylor dog sit again!

Pamela was excellent with our nervous 1.5 year old adolescent pup. This was our first time leaving our dog with a sitter for a week. Pamela was so patient and caring with him. She took him on many walks and arranged puppy playdates to keep him active. Pamela is very knowledgeable about dogs and cared attentively to his nervous tendencies. She sent us many updates, pictures and videos to keep us updated. I highly recommend Pamela!

Amanda and her husband are absolutely wonderful! They took such great care of our pup for two nights and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Amanda was responsive and shared how he was doing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

I was nervous about leaving Maggie but I don’t think she missed me at all!
