Lucy was absolutely amazing! If we could give 10 stars we would. We loved getting all of the pics and detailed descriptions of each visit and we could tell our pups were very well taken care of when we arrived back home. First time using Rover. Andrea was amazing! She came the day prior to meet me and Cooper (dog), explained everything, answered all my questions. She was amazing with him, provided thorough statuses after each visit. Will definitely use her again and highly recommend.

Dorian is fantastic! I always worry about fur babies, and Dorian communicated when he came and left, what happened during the visit (which I LOOOOVVVVEEEEE), and sent pictures, videos, and updates the entire visit. It made me happy to hear that my babies were accepting of Dorian and enjoying his company (especially my ninja cat who likes to hide).

Had a great experience! Super easy to communicate with and kept me updated the whole time with pics and messages, which I really appreciated. My pets were clearly well taken care of and happy when I got back. Everything went smooth and exactly how we discussed—no issues at all. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

Rebecca took care of our 3 cats for a week while we were on vacation and they loved it! I think they were disappointed when we walked through the door instead of her! Lol! She goes above and beyond what's expected and we always feel like our boys are safe and in good hands with her.

Ansley was so sweet and did so well with our two pups. It was freezing outside, and she still took the time to play with them outside during their drop-in visits. She made sure they were well cared for and safe. I appreciate her kindness, and would look forward to booking with her again.

Heather is the absolute best! She took the best care of my Finn and during our introduction, she asked the questions that let me know she would treat Finn as her own!

Katie was wonderful with our dogs and I loved the pictures she sent of them. I think they thought they were on vacation .They enjoyed her visiting them and even playing frisbee with them. I would definitely hire her again!

Lindsay is amazing. This was my first time using Rover and next time I use it I will only use Lindsay. From the meet and greet to all of the updates on Maddie she was simply amazing. She truly loves animals with all her heart. Her actions show it. I got pictures and videos of Maddie which were amazing. She kept me updated. Lindsay is very personable and it felt like I have known her all my life. It was so nice to not have worry about Maddie while I was gone.
