She went above and beyond to make sure my cat was fed and taken care of during our spring break vacation! She also fed our saltwater fish! Kaitlyn is a pet pro and we always feel secure leaving our babies in her care. Elisabeth and Forrest are amazing! From the moment I brought Pixie over for a meet-and-greet, I could feel the positive energy in their home and knew they would be a great fit for her. One of the biggest signs was Pixie’s behavior during our visit—rather than running to the nearest hiding spot, she came out of her carrier, explored the house, and plopped down on the floor as if she were already at home. During Pixie’s stay, she unexpectedly developed conjunctivitis and needed an emergency vet visit. Elisabeth and Forrest handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. They kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. By the time I picked Pixie up, her eye was almost completely healed. This was my first time using Rover and my first time leaving Pixie with a sitter, so I was naturally a little nervous. Despite the unexpected health issue, I truly believe Pixie enjoyed her stay and was well cared for. I highly recommend Elisabeth and Forrest and would absolutely trust them with Pixie again.

Bryce went above and beyond in every way, I have nothing else, but good things to say about his work. He communicated well and made sure to inform me if something happened. I came home to a happy and healthy cat 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Alex was great with my cats. She played with them and took grsat care of them. She took a lot of photos and communicated with me often. I would definitely use her again!

This was our first time trying the Rover app & Alexi was amazing!! She watched our kitties for the 4th of July and sent us adorable pictures of our pets and even got a paw print painting from our kitten!🥰 We couldn't be happier with how awesome Alexi was! She will definitely be our go to if we need a Rover in the future!
