Pet Sitting in Emerson

This was the first time me and my boyfriend have ever left our dogs at home, and to say I was very nervous would be an understatement. Serenidy was so understanding and even came to meet us and our babies before we left! She took her time and listened to all of my requests and never once made me feel rushed. It was so reassuring. Serenidy continued giving me reassurance through my whole trip, she was extremely responsive and kept me up to date, she sent me several photos each time she visited and played with our very needy dog the whole visit. I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about my dogs, and I am so thankful to her. I will definitely be using her for my next vacation!

Jamie has been phenomenal!! This is my first time using Rover and she has been amazing, gone above and beyond (unfortunately I do have a cat who pukes). She has kept me updated with pictures, and loved on my cats, played with them. I felt so amazing that they were in good hands while I was on vacation. I cannot say enough good things about Jamie, and anyone who books her is lucky to have her! She responded so fast, communicated well, and took in my packages, and kept me updated on everything!

We were so happy with the wonderful job Cristina did taking care of our five cats while we were away from home for four days. She checked in exactly at the times we had requested and stayed for 30 minutes each session. Different cats had different needs, and Cristina took care of each of them well, not only feeding them but also keeping the litter boxes clean and the cats happy! When we got home, everyone seemed well cared for, the house smelled great, and everything was neat and today. Thank you, Cristina! We will definitely hire you again :)

Anna was so great with our pup and very flexible as we used rover the first time! She sent tons of pictures and made sure Griffey had plenty of time outside.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! From the very beginning, it was clear that Varsha genuinely cared about my dogs and was committed to giving them the best care possible. I have two elderly dogs, each with their own unique personalities and needs, and she took the time to provide individualized care to both of them. Her Rover cards and updates were incredibly detailed, and I always felt informed about how they were doing. She didn’t just check in on them, she paid close attention to their behavior, routines, and overall well-being. During our trip, one of my dogs began showing signs that she needed medical attention. She was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and proactive, keeping me updated every step of the way and making sure my girl was as comfortable as possible until we could get home. Leaving senior dogs behind is never easy, but she gave me complete peace of mind. I am so grateful for the exceptional care Varsha provided, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.

Suzie was great! Did a great job of coordinating and taking care of my dog, was flexible when my schedule changed several times. Would highly recommend her let care services!

Meaghan came over prior to meet us and Tate and made us feel so comfortable! She helped out with Tate and did great even though he gets nervous sometimes. Will definitely be using Meaghan in the future!

Aaron is great at communicating about how our pup does daily and our pup loves him.
