Great communication, super prompt, genuinely enjoys spending time with your animals, and went WAAAAY above and beyond on a few other things for me that popped up while I was gone. Lydia was great with my two babies (cats)! She was very attentive and caring. She did her best to let my two little guys know that they were not alone even though I imagine they thought they were! She showed up on time and followed my directions! Would most definitely use her again.

Valerie is an absolute gem with Kleo (cat) and did such a wonderful job taking such good care of my kitty while I was away on a business trip for 11 days. She is accommodating, followed any instructions I left to a T, sent me tons of pictures and well written updates, and Kleo was happy as a clam when I got home. Sherri was absolutely amazing checking in on our two cats 2x day. She was great with communication and sending pictures to keep us updated. Our shy kitten even started to warm up to her. So very thankful for her and highly recommend booking her service!

Sonia is the best! My cats LOVED her and animals are very good judges of character. She kept me in the loop the whole time we were away and sent me pictures and videos of her playing with the cats. Even the shy one came out of his shell (which he won’t even do for me) and played with her. I feel like I’ve made a new friend - my cats certainly have!

We are so happy to have found Ailen and Rolando. Our cats (as before with other caregivers) were having issues adjusting to their stay (not eating, hiding,etc.); Ailen was so sweet and patient with them, eventually getting even our most shy kitty not only to eat but be affectionate. Colby eventually warms up to everyone, Tuffy is a recluse around anyone outside our home. Our cats love Ailen and Rolando after only a week with them. We had complete peace of mind and would enthusiastically recommend them.

I cannot even express how much we love having Kaitlyn come and take care of our kitties! She does an absolutely amazing job. As long as she is available, we will never use anyone else.

Lauren did a fantastic job while I was away for work on checking in on the cats. She was fantastic with communication and 100% dependable day in and day out. She did a great job keeping me posted and sending photos via the Rover Card feature on the app. I also had an appliance malfunctioning that I couldn't fix remotely so she went above and beyond on helping resolve that. Would book again without hesitation! A+
