Derv was absolutely wonderful with Todd and Willow Jean! We reached out to her last minute on a Thursday night (the pet sitter we had lined up cancelled last minute), she quickly jumped on the phone with me to discuss our needs, altered her Friday night plans, and babysat our fur babies on both Friday and Saturday night while we attended a wedding. She was so loving, sweet, and kind to our dogs...especially Willow Jean who can be very nervous. She sent us pictures and updates throughout the night which made us so happy.
