It was my first time booking with Melissa and let me tell you she did an excellent job! The communication was great and she went above and beyond for my cats and reptiles spending time with them and playing with them. She had never worked with Reptiles but she was willing to learn and won over my bearded dragon who is a drama king. I am so grateful that Rai was our sitter while we were out of town. Rai kept our girls company, took time to make our skeptical kitty feel more comfortable, sent us pictures and updates, and on top of that, kept an eye on our home.
