Olivia was absolutely fantastic while caring for our cat, Baxter. From start to finish, she was incredibly conscientious and attentive, giving us complete peace of mind while we were away. Her communication was excellent. She kept us regularly updated with thoughtful messages and check-ins, which made a huge difference. It was clear that Baxter was in great hands. Olivia went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable, well cared for, and happy. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. Vienna was absolutely phenomenal! We were traveling and leaving our indoor and outdoor cats is never easy, but she gave us complete peace of mind from day one. She provided thoughtful daily updates and photos, and it quickly became obvious that our cats were comfortable with her. Our black-and-white cat, Baby, completely adopted her and even served as her “helper” when she had to reset our modem. What impressed us most was that even our outdoor cats greeted her when she arrived instead of running and hiding. Anyone who knows cats understands that trust has to be earned. Vienna went above and beyond, handling an unexpected internet issue, caring for our pets exactly as instructed, and treating them with genuine kindness and patience. We came home to happy, relaxed cats and a well-cared-for home.
