This was my first time using Rover, and Max was fantastic from the very start! His updates and pictures gave us peace of mind and we were so thankful for his availability and last-minute scheduling over Christmas break! It’s clear that he truly cares for pets, and I can’t recommend him enough.

Olivia was absolutely fantastic while caring for our cat, Baxter. From start to finish, she was incredibly conscientious and attentive, giving us complete peace of mind while we were away. Her communication was excellent. She kept us regularly updated with thoughtful messages and check-ins, which made a huge difference. It was clear that Baxter was in great hands. Olivia went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable, well cared for, and happy. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. We would not hesitate to book Olivia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, responsible, and caring pet sitter.

Kristen took excellent care of our 2 cats! Her communication is on point. I felt assured that they were ok and if any hiccup happened, Kristen wouldn’t hesitate to reach out. She was great!!

Christina was wonderful! She was available with little notice and provided wonderful care for our pup! She kept in constant communication and sent cute pics! She was diligent with visit timeliness and my dog took a liking to her right off. Christina administered her pills and handled the dog care and property access very professionally. Susan is amazing! She takes such great pictures and videos of our cats to send to us. We know our boys are happy and taken care of whenever she comes by!!
