Kaila was absolutely wonderful! She was always on time, kept us updated with great communication, and took such good care of our pups while we were away. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. She sent updates and photos, was very responsive, and treated Marley and Zoe like they were her own. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for dogs, and that means everything to us. I highly recommend Kaila to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and caring pet sitter. Catherine took incredible care of our four Aussie kids, during our trip to NY and we couldn’t be more grateful. She treated each of them with genuine affection, patience, and attention to detail. From keeping their routines consistent to making sure everyone felt calm, happy, and engaged, she went above and beyond. We came home to relaxed pups and a spotless house — a true gift. Catherine’s communication was wonderful, her updates/photos were reassuring, and her kind personality shines through in everything she does. We are very particular when it comes to who we trust our pups with when we go out of town. That being said, my husband and I highly recommend her and will absolutely be booking her in the future. Arsiyana is the ideal pet sitter! She's such a sweet young lady who was really excited to accept our request. She asked questions during our meet and greet to ensure she provided the best care for our cat, Kooper. I'm sorry Kooper didn't make his appearance during her visits, but we're sure he appreciated her care as much as we did. I'd trust Arsiyana to watch Kooper again and I'd highly recommend her to anyone who wants a true, loving professional to care for their fur baby. We booked Naomi for drop-in visits and we're very happy that we did. She was punctual for the initial meet and greet as well as for every visit. She messaged me and sent pictures of our dogs and parrot after each visit. This was the first time we've booked a sitter which was nerve-wracking, but we felt comfortable with her in our home. We'll book her again!
