Theo is so happy staying with her. She is very loving and attends to all of his special needs. She treats Theo as if he is her own baby! Sends us updates throughout the day. We are so very thankful to find a safe and loving place for him to stay. We couldn’t ask for any place better for him to be while we are working. She is so amazing! Last minute travel led to a last minute booking and thankfully Erica and her furry ones were MORE THAN accommodating and helpful in every way! Even had to adjust plans slightly after drop-off and she not only was super patient and helpful but also kept communication via pics and updates throughout the stay. Absolutely recommended and definitely will use again next time we're this way!🤙🏼
