Ilona is a superb Rover service provider. She was quick to respond to my request, asked appropriate follow-up questions, and was a delight to interact with. I ended up having to cancel at the last minute due to a delayed flight and she graciously initiated a cancellation on her end even though I told her that she didn’t need to. 5 stars!

I highly recommend Jennifer for your pet needs! I had to leave town quickly due to an emergency and she was able to stop in and check on my cat! She cleaned the litter box, refilled the water fountain, and put out fresh food. Even brought in my packages and mail that were piling up. I came home to a happy and fed cat and I could not have had a better experience through rover!

Absolutely love Tina, she’s the best ❤️!! She took such great care of my cat and really went above and beyond. She genuinely cares about the pet she looks after and that meant so much to me. She was also super helpful when I needed some last minute help. So thankful for her and would absolutely have her watch my cat again 🐱💕

Kaytee is absolutely wonderful! She was on time to every appointment and our dog loved her! She went above and beyond and made sure our plants had water also.

Gabriel took very good care of my puppy while I was out of town. My pup got a great walk, fed, and lots of attention. I would definitely recommend Gabriel for your pets needs.

Madison was absolutely fantastic with my pup while I was out of town for a few days. I got so many pictures and videos and my dog had a blast with her. I would definitely leave Jade in her care again!

So thankful for Sitong and their attentiveness and care for my cats while I was gone. They were so willing to work with me and adapt when I needed to change something. Excellent service and so good with the kitties!
