This was our first experience with Rover and everything exceeded our expectations. Rebecca and her daughter, Alexis, took wonderful care of our pup. We could see his smiles and playfulness in the photos they sent so we knew he loved them. During the initial meeting, they came armed with questions to ensure they could meet any need we had for Chimmy's care. The responsiveness was fantastic. Both ladies are so kind and compassionate with pets. We will be booking with them again for Chimmy's care.

We use her and her mom every week, 3 times a week to let our sweet pup out during the day. They are VERY communicative, ask questions when needed to make sure they're giving my girl the best care. I don't have to worry about my girl during the day, knowing Alexis and her mom will be coming over to let her potty and play with her. They are truly the best and so happy I found them !!!

Karen was great! The family has dubbed her as “The Cat Whisperer.” She is very responsive, and is always great about sending pictures and updates about our fur babies. Will definitely book her again!

We rarely trust anyone to care for our senior pup, but since our first interaction, Naomi seemed perfect in every way. She’s attentive, punctual, personable, and so sweet with Mitch. We’re thankful to have connected with Naomi.

We had tried to book Jonah once before and WE had to cancel due to car issues, and we didn't get to leave town. They were very gracious, offered help, and was understanding with our change of plans. When he and his wife, Elizabeth came for meet and greet, they were very engaging and personable. They seem to have calm spirits, and our babies are very Intune to that. Today we scheduled for a drop-in at 1230 a little after that they sent a message they were running late. They arrived at 1240. Bella and JD were a little shy at first, but I believe came around. Jonah provided a narrative of the time and about 7-8 photos which are really not important to us or necessary as far as we are concerned and expressed clearer expectations of what we need them for when we are gone. One or 2 photos are fine, but everyone is different. We want time spent hanging and chilling with our babies while we are absent. They played with them, sat with them and loved on them! We even had deliveries while they were here, and they brought them in for us! They are great communicators, personable, friendly, and flexible. We will use them again!!! Thank you so much!!

This was our second experience having Lima watch our cat. Lima is kind, communicative, and responsible. Our cat loves her. She pointed out a potential health issue that we will get checked out. I highly recommend Lima and will book her again!
