Esontay was great with our boy. He sometimes can have a hard time meeting new people but that didn’t last long with Esontay. She used professional techniques to break the ice with our dog and he can around quickly. Esontay was very professional and accurate with the schedule we lined out with her. Paula was very patient and friendly with Barbie who can be very temperamental and feisty. After a short period Barbie warmed up to her and loved her. Paula went above and beyond to make sure Barbie was taken care of while I was out of town. She also was communicative when needed and sent pictures. I will definitely use her again!!?
