Dog Boarding in Richmond Hill

This was our first time leaving our 5 month old dachshund and Jade was the perfect person to leave him with. She sent plenty of updates and pictures during his stay. She took wonderful care of our baby and we will absolutely be using her again.

Cristina provided excellent care of our miniature poodle. She is a very responsive communicator and she provided frequent photos to reassure us that our little buddy was doing just fine. We would certainly engage her in the future.

Jessie was an excellent sister for Max. He stayed in their home while we left town and I got frequent pictures, videos and updates. He had a blast and loved all the walks, play time and snuggles. We will definitely reach back out next time we need someone to take good care of Max while we are away.

I needed a sitter last minute and Natasha was very accommodating! She was very understanding of what Sasha required and did a wonderful job giving updates ! Sasha was very well taken care of and super happy with Natasha . If I ever need a sitter in the future Natasha will be my go to ! I highly recommend!

Danita was super sweet and accommodating. She watched over my cat and sent multiple pictures and updates every day. Would definitely recommend!

Carlie took absolutely great care of Cooper! She snuggled him up all weekend and made not worry a bit! Also her little pup Harlow is so cute and a great friend!

My pet is usually very stressed when I leave her for a long period of time (a few hours...lol) with someone she doesn't know so I was a little anxious leaving her for the weekend. David and Julie kept me updated with texts and pictures of her obviously having the time of her life...at the park...at the beach...and leisurely stretched out on her back on their leather chair watching the ball game! I was relieved...and jealous. I think she enjoyed herself more than I did on my outing for the weekend! What a relief from my own separation anxiety! Thanks David and Julie!

This was our first time boarding our 2 beagles and I am so happy we chose Bambi! She was not only one of the sweetest people I have ever met but she was wonderful with our pups! We received pictures/communication during our trip which made me not worry so much! Thank you once again, Bambi; you’re family now! 😃

Genuinely fantastic. Was able to leave Larry and not worry, RoseAnn sent pictures of him and eased my anxieties. He was incredibly happy with her, and he’s usually bad at being left alone! Will be booking again!

Janine and Eric were wonderful pup sitters over Labor Day weekend. She ensured that my puppy was well taken care of and made to feel welcome in their home. I would highly recommend these two to anyone!

Genevieve was amazing! This was our first time leaving our sweet puppy behind for a whole week. Our fears were immediately eased the minute we left her. Thaleia did amazing with Kobe! Kept me updated the entire time with pictures and videos. Even let me know if there was a change in his bowel movements(important cause he has tummy issues). Kobe came back happy and with no anxiety! Will definitely book again.

Flexible with pickup and drop-off times. They were very caring and patient with our scairdy pup. After both visits the pups came home super sleepy after all the fun they had.

We couldn’t be happier with the care our two dogs received! This was our first time using Rover, so we were naturally a little nervous about leaving them with someone new. From the moment we met Helia, we felt at ease. She treated our dogs like family, taking the time to get to know their personalities and making sure they were comfortable and well cared for. We loved receiving updates and photos while we were away—it gave us such peace of mind knowing they were happy, safe, and getting plenty of love and attention. When we picked them up, they were relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious that Helia genuinely loves animals and goes above and beyond to make both pets and their owners feel comfortable. Great with our puppy he really liked her

Samantha was an amazing caretaker of our kitty. She was a wonderful communicator, providing us with updates and photos on almost a daily basis. And, our kitty absolutely loved her. We wouldn't hesitate to use her again. She is top notch!

Amanda and her family were amazing. She sent pictures to update us and made us feel more at ease while we were on vacation. Communication was wonderful and we will definitely be in contact for our next trip!

We are so happy with the care Stephanie & Devonte gave our pup. They were always responding and providing videos while we were away. They were great with her energy and patient with the puppy stage. I would highly recommend them to care for your little one if you cant take them with you.
