Felicia is always quick to respond and was easy to reschedule with when something came up on my end. She takes great care of my cats who require a little extra help with food and meds. She takes time to play with them and sends great updates. Thank you Felicia!

I was so nervous leaving our fur babies, for the first time, but Gracie from Rover was a lifesaver. She took the time to meet and greet ahead of time and took notice or their personalities and needs, and sent visit updates with photos/videos and playtime. It was so reassuring to see them warm up to her and look happy and relaxed. Gracie was also incredibly responsive and professional, making the booking process easy and stress-free.
