Felicia responded within minutes regarding a last-minute notice item on my calendar due to appointments and having time with my daughter, I was unable to have a few hours where I normally walk my dog. Went further than expected and took plenty of pictures making me feel really assured, despite the short notice, she followed all directions with minimal descriptions of what to do. Just a very self starting kind of person and aware, which is something you just don’t find anymore these days thank you so much, Felicia. I will be sure to keep using you moving forward.
