This was my first time using Rover.com or any other app like it. Nicole took our request at the last minute. She was wonderful and very accommodating during our unexpected extended leave. The cats loved her. I highly recommend her.

She really invests and cares about my kitty, and she went above and beyond to look after my home too when the temperature dropped and I had to leave my water dripping. Becca did a great job looking after our dog, 3 cats and 60 fish. She followed our directions, asked questions when she wasn't sure, and took lots of photos to keep us reassured. She also gave Spartan a bath. It was so nice to return home to a pleasant smelling dog! We will definitely book Becca again!
