Heather is AMAZING! Listened to how Miller prefers walks, asked questions on how I like certain things to be done and made sure the route she was planning to take their walk on was acceptable or if I’d rather her take another route. Will definitely be using Heather again and can’t wait to get on her weekly schedule! Truly empathetic and strives to make our experience excellent with her customer service skills and loves animals!
Will be using again!!
We appreciate you taking the time to drop by and meet Rex before taking him for boarding in a few weeks! We are looking forward to Rex’s next stay with Justin!
I booked with Journey super last minute and she was able to accommodate me without any issues. She was great with my girl and had fast communication complete with photo updates. Will definitely book with her again in the future!
