Gwen and Kurt we’re absolutely wonderful with my puppy Apollo! Apollo and their dog Dutch played together like Besties! They constantly sent me updates and pictures to assure me that everything was going well. They treated my pup like he was their own! Awesome caregivers!!!

Once again I found myself in the hospital unexpectedly and needing to extend Frankie’s stay another night. Being stuck in the hospital is stressful enough, but worrying about your fur baby makes it even harder. When I reached out to Lori at the last minute, her response immediately put my heart at ease. She kindly said, “No problem Miss Lisa, I’m here for you.” Those simple words meant more to me than she will ever know. Knowing Frankie was safe, loved, and being cared for like he was at home lifted a huge weight off my shoulders while I focused on recovering. Lori is truly one of the most kind-hearted and dependable people I’ve met. She kept me updated, made sure Frankie was comfortable, and treated him with the same care and affection that I do. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, loving, and reliable to care for your fur baby, look no further. Lori is absolutely amazing. Honestly, five stars doesn’t even begin to cover it — if I could give her every star in the sky, I would.

Melissa, was the sweetest. Khai took to her immediately at our meet and greet which made me feel good about leaving him with a sitter for the first time. Veronica was awesome!! Right from the jump very responsive, had an amazing meet and greet! Then she took amazing care of our boy, sent us pictures throughout the week, and anytime I had a question I got a response within five minutes! We even had to pick up our dog a couple hours later than anticipated and she was so accommodating! I HIGHLY recommend Veronica for peace of mind and a good second home for your pup! Definitely will be using her from now on!

My dog is older and losing her vision, so I was a little nervous leaving her, but she looked so happy and comfortable when I picked her up. The sitter sent regular picture updates that really put me at ease. She’s incredibly friendly and personable, and her daughter was so sweet, she even made an adorable art piece for our dog! You can tell they truly care about the pets they watch. Highly recommend!

This was Lily’s first time with Jeronay and she loved it!! She looked so happy in all of the photos and has made a new little doggie friend! I felt so relieved and so much better knowing I was leaving her in such great hands! I will be using Jeronay again for my next trip!

Replied super quick for a last minute booking and followed all instructions for my golden doodle!! Sent lots of pics and made bear feel very comfortable while I went away for the weekend. 10/10 recommend

Wow! Shuguang and his family were such a lifesaver. They took care of my dog Ace while I was on vacation and went above and beyond. He was flexible with the days, sent updates, and was communicative throughout the process. I will definitely be recommending and using their services again!
