Dog Boarding in Woodhaven Downs

This was my first time using Rover. I chose Richard to look after my fur baby. In reading his information and reviews, he seemed to be the perfect match for my little one. He DID NOT disappoint! Richard was great! We met for a meet and greet the day before and that went very well. Richard provided a checklist of everything to bring during my dog’s stay, which made packing easier. I dropped Randolph off the next day for his stay. I felt relieved and at ease leaving my dog with Richard. He is very welcoming and has a real love and passion for dogs. Randolph really enjoyed himself. Richard is a great communicator. He sent pictures daily and let me know how Randolph was doing. He was a joy to work with. I will definitely book Richard again! He is top notch!

Diana has become our trusted and go to pup sitter! We had a flight situation that delayed us a few hours and she was more than understanding. We appreciate her kindness!

I love booking with John! He is always so quick to respond to messages and he keeps me updated on how Bentley is doing. I am at ease knowing my puppy is in good hands.

Winter loves JR he always comes back a happy pup and gets extremely excited to see JR!! Winter does not play well with other doggies or kids but JR has been so helpful in teaching him how to be a good boy!

Absolutely amazing family that took care of my dog like their own! He did not want to leave when we picked him up! Michael sent so many pics and videos everyday, and also provided multiple daily updates throughout the day, without us even asking for them. This whole experience has been our best yet on Rover. Michael and his wife are now top of our list!

Suesan was the absolute best! Booked on short notice and she took my baby girl in with no hesitation. She sent daily updates with photos. Suesan put me at ease. This was the first time that we had to leave our girl and knowing that she would be taken care of, we are so thankful for Suesan. We will definitely be booking her again on our next trip. Boarded my dogs with Dominique for the first time while we went on vacation. She was very pleasant and took great care of my beloved pets. Thanks again Dominique! Will be sure to book again.

We had a fantastic experience with Heather. They let our energetic dog warm up to them before we left and sent us updates and pictures during the stay.

Karen was so amazing and accommodating from beginning to end. I had so much anxiety leaving my baby for the first time and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be using her again for our dog needs!!

Our dogs had a wonderful time with Jerry and his family. After meeting him at our meet and greet, they were already comfortable with him, and they settled right into his home when we dropped them off. It gave us such peace of mind knowing they were happy, loved, and well cared for, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our time away. It’s nice to know that when our dogs are away from home, they have a home away from home. We’ve already booked their next stay and we couldn’t be happier to have found someone we trust so much with our pups!

Temi was great with Kennedy! She had a great time with her new friend Draco! Temi was very responsive to my text and made me feel as ease by sending updates and videos while I was away!

She took excellent care of Shaq, he didn’t want to leave when I went to pick him up lol. She gave constant reports on him I appreciate all the care she did would definitely book her again!! Thanks Maria!!

Charles is such a great care taker. My dog loves him so much and didn’t want to leave when we picked her up. He anlways updated us every 4-6 hours with pictures and updates on how she was doing and behaving. Definitely recommend and will be using him again!

Gigi was absolutely great to leave Toby with! I was nervous at first as this was our first rover experience. She sent us pictures and videos and updated us on how he was doing which made us so happy. Would recommend anyone to use Gigi!!

Nohely did a wonderful job caring for our golden retriever. She was very sweet sending us daily updates and photos. We could tell that our dog was being loved. We highly recommend her. :-)
