Tessa took care of my Cavapoo Laila very well! Laila returned very happy and healthy. The drop off and pick up was great and Tessa was super helpful and responded to any messages right away. Tessa’s pets (Stella and Toto) are super sweet and became friends with Laila right away. We will be contacting Tessa again for Laila’s care. I highly recommend Tessa for your pets care.

This is a late review but I just want to express how lovely Geraldine and her husband treated my dog Nebula and how accommodating they were during my travels and my dog's stay with them. It was my first time using Rover services and I'm so glad I did! Nebula stayed with Geraldine for a week while I traveled and the took amazing care of her. The process of asking and giving information about Nebula through her google sheet was extensive and helped me reassure me that she would have relatively clear instruction about my dogs needs and behavior and schedule. The Meet & Greet was informative and allowed both my dog and her to get to know each other and explore the space that she would be staying in. It was also a good time to ask her questions about her experience with my dog's breed and behaviors. While she stayed with them the daily updates and reports and photos were very helpful and made me feel secure about leaving her in their care. Geraldine gave honest and professional reporting about my dog daily and if not the checklist report card was helpful in understanding how Nebula did and was doing that day. Geraldine was prompt in communicating needs or concerns or questions which I appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend her services to others and would love to book with her again if I ever need to have a dogsitter.

Tilly can be a bit shy at first, but she warmed up right away thanks to the patient, kind, and attentive approach. We received regular updates—complete with adorable photos and little notes about Tilly’s day—that truly put our minds at ease. It was clear that she wasn’t just being watched; she was being loved. Her routine was followed perfectly, she got plenty of exercise and playtime, and I swear she came back even more relaxed and happy than when we left. Emily and her family were so loving towards Timber the moment he stepped foot in their door! Timber had the best time there with their pups and children and we definitely would book with them again!

Alexcis was great! She’s experienced in handling dogs. I had 3 that stayed with her. The meet and great was very smooth and the weekend stay was great. One of my dogs is a dogs dog, another is a toy dog and the last is a people dog. They all had a lot of fun and we’re very happy. Maria was amazing with Lola! Lola looked like she was having the best time while I was away. Someone was always cuddling her and I appreciated all the updates that were given each day I was gone. Will absolutely be using her again!
