Jackie was great with our cat and our home while we were away. She was able to recognize signs of stress and adjust the care she provided to make sure our cat was happy and comfortable (he is typically on the skittish/nervous side as it is, so we wanted to make sure he was in good hands while out of town). She also sent us photos and updates while we were away. She was very kind and respectful. We will definitely use her again in the future!

There aren't enough words to express how AMAZING Dianne is, both as a cat-sitter and as a person. Not only did she send me daily updates on my Chunky boy, but she clearly bonded with him instantly and they became good friends. He let her scratch her in ways nobody but me can! Besides how she adored my kitty cat, she took care of the essentials as well (food, water, litter) and went above and beyond to push my trash out and bring packages inside. I will definitely be using Dianne for all future pet-sitting needs and have already confirmed her for a week in November. THANK YOU, DIANNE! Michael was so helpful and accommodating! He had great communication both prior to booking and during the drop-in visit for my cat. Report card was detailed and informative. I would re-book with him again!
