From the very beginning, Dianne was warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. We had a meet and greet before the stay, and I immediately felt at ease. Her home is beautiful, and it was clear she truly loves and understands dogs. Throughout my dog’s stay, she kept in touch with regular updates and adorable photos that showed just how happy and well cared for my pup was. It gave me such peace of mind knowing my dog was in such a loving environment. I can’t thank Dianne enough for her care and attention. This was my first time leaving my fur baby with a dog sitter and I can't imagine a better experience than I had with Jessica. She got back to me immediately regarding my inquiry and answered all of my questions. When I dropped Sully off, Jessica was warm and gracious and Sully immediately took to her. Throughout Sully's stay, Jessica provided extensive updates, pictures, and videos. Her communication was top notch and when I came to pick Sully up, he was happy and comfortable. If I am ever in need of a sitter in the Anaheim area again, I would definitely trust Jessica to take the best care of my canine family member!
