Dog Boarding in Hawaiian Acres

Cheryl was amazing with my senior dog. I am very happy to have found her and it was well worth the drive for me to and from Hilo Town. Cheryl kept me updated with daily messages and pictures of Leila having a great time with her. Cheryl took Leila on daily walks and has a great set up for the dogs to have two lanais to choose from to watch the animals (chickens, birds, etc) and relax on. To my delightful surprise when I picked Leila up, Cheryl had drawn a portrait of Leila which is something our family will treasure always - it is an awesome drawing! Thank you so much Cheryl and we will definitely be seeing you in our future for any upcoming trips to care for our Leila.

Bela was wonderful and took very good care of my dog while I was on vacation. He stayed at her home and she had a perfect private space for him. I highly recommend Bela for your dog sitting needs.

Sarah was great with our dog Mochi from the start! I could tell from the meet and greet that she truly had a love for dogs. She made sure Mochi felt at home and had a big yard for her to roam and play. Sarah also did a great job communicating and sending pictures while we were away and making sure we knew Mochi was happy and comfortable. We will be booking with Sarah again!

Becky was absolutely wonderful with Sargent and Holly. She invited them into her home and provided lots of pictures of them playing with others dogs. We will use her again if the need arrives.

I returned to a healthy and happy doggie. Diane and family took excellent care of my Ryder boy. Much mahalo and gratitude!

We feel so fortunate to have found Natalie because she is the best! Mochi spent a full week playing and having fun at camppup. Honestly, I think he was a little sad to come home and leave behind his doggie friends. It's never easy to leave your fur baby, but knowing that they are loved and well cared for makes it so much easier! Mochi is looking forward to his next stay at camppup!

My dog Cashew had a great time when he stayed with Alexander! I received pictures and videos throughout his stay so I could see how happy he was! I will definitely book again!

This was our first time using Rover and we are so glad we found Christina to take care of Max. Christina was very good at keeping us updated in how Max was doing, how his eating was, and how much he was enjoying playing with other pups. She was also awesome at sending us daily pictures of our pup, which made it so much easier on us since we were far away and missed him terribly. Max seemed to have a ball with her, her pup, and other doggies he got to hang out with. Will definately use her again!

Thank you both so much for caring and taking care of Bruno. My comfort level with both of you as his first time without Family was a huge relief. God Bless you both for your outstanding care you have for animals.

Vanessa was excellent! She was able to accommodate boarding for our dog with just days of notice. I did a meet & greet with her & our dog which turned out pretty well considering our dog can be a handful when meeting new people. Vanessa is very friendly, compassionate & someone who’s services I could definitely rely on & trust again. I really liked that she communicated with me through the day & sent me updates with pictures & videos each day on how our dog was doing. It made it comforting to know she was in good hands & well taken cared of. When we got our dog back, we could tell she had a blast with Vanessa:) Highly recommend 10/10

Kandice was amazing from the meet and greet to working out all the details of our furbabies stay. It was our first time using Rover and it was a very positive experience. We were so blessed to have found Kandice & Rover and although we never want to leave our furbabies behind we felt better going on this trip knowing they were in such good hands it made everything so much more manageable. Kandice was really good about keeping in touch, we felt connected to our furbabies care and progress while we were away which really gave us peace of mind. The pictures and daily updates were greatly appreciated. Will not hesitate to book again and will share our experience with our friends with confidence. Mahalo nui loa! Did not hesitate when we needed to book again, great experience. My pup loves Kandice & her ʻohana!

Athena was a great sitter for our dog, Cindy. Our dog was so happy with Athena and her pet Chewy. We felt so secure for Cindy's care which means a lot to us, especially when we are gone. We were so happy with Athenas place that Cindi loved. Aloha Athena and Mahalo

Austin was very accommodating of our dog for a longer than typical stay. He sent plenty of photos daily and went above and beyond to make sure our dog was stimulated, socialized, and happy. We were happy with the care and communication he provided while we were away!
