Second time booking with Natalie, and as pleased as the first time. If you’re a type A person like me, you will appreciate Natalie! I leave her a “cat manual” that includes specific instructions for the kitties and also a few things around the house. She’s very gracious at doing all my asks and I feel very reassured that my kitties and home are in great care! She’s always on time, provides updates and we’re in touch for the duration of my trip.

Kiaya was delightful!! She was so loving from the time she met my pups and during the visits, kept me updated with photos too. Would definitely use her again.

Truly appreciated her dropping in to take care of our two dogs, especially with a last minute request. She provides top notch care and goes about and beyond! Highly recommend!
