Dog Boarding in Wailuku

It was my first time boarding my two senior Staffies, so I was pretty nervous about leaving them with someone I didn’t know. Trusting someone else with their care wasn’t easy for me. After reading Wanda and Lonnie’s profile and amazing reviews, I felt reassured enough to reach out. I told them how anxious I was, and Wanda responded right away with so much kindness and reassurance. From that very first message, I could feel the love and care they have, not just for dogs, but for the people who trust them. Wanda and Lonnie are truly the most loving, genuine people, and words don’t fully capture how special they are. They didn’t just “watch” our dogs, they embraced them like their own, showering them with affection, patience, and attention. Every photo and update meant so much to me. Seeing my babies so relaxed, comfortable, and happy completely eased my heart. You could feel the warmth in everything they did, from their walks, to even letting them experience meeting their sheep’s. It wasn’t just care, it was love. When we picked them up, I got emotional seeing Zira and Lilo go up to Wanda and Lonnie, clearly not ready to leave, as if they were saying thank you and goodbye to family. That moment meant the world to me, it showed just how safe, loved, and happy they felt during their stay. I’m beyond grateful we found Wanda and Lonnie. They gave me peace of mind, and more importantly, they gave my dogs a home filled with love while we were away. Mahalo, Mahalo, Mahalo Wanda & Lonnie!❤️ 🥰🐾🐾

Carrie and Jonathan were wonderful! Zero had a great time with them and I knew he was in good hands. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with the quality of care Shanelle provided for my pup, Rye.He even made a good pal with their pup , Birdy , who was like a good big sister to him. I thought it was sweet that they even put a little fan for him in the room where he was sleeping in his crate, ( his safe place).she has a spacious back in ard area where he could run around and play and they are almost Pau, building a kenneled area too.I will definitely be using her again in the near future . Nice to know there is a worry free place for my boy , when I need to travel. ❤️ 🐕

Randi took care of my dog for a week while I was gone on vacation. Randi took great care of her and sent me wonderful photographs and videos of my dog while I was gone, which I loved to see! I'll be sure to use her again next time I leave town.

Johnathan was great with my dog Manu. Johnathan took great care of him, sent pictures regularly and seemed to really enjoy having Manu for a while. I'll definitely look to have Johnathan watch Manu again!!

Madison and her husband were super wonderful sitters! GREAT COMMUNICATION! Thankful to have found them along our road trip. Highly recommend. Thank you both again!

We were very pleased with Casey when we boarded our do with him. Great communication and multiple pictures every day. Tillie really liked him.

Jo and Hani were a godsend for my emergency, and I’m so glad they took in my Luna. She was so happy in the pics they sent everyday, and I’m so grateful they enjoyed boarding my dog. Mahalo!

We are repeat customers because they truly are 5-Star sitters. The girls always come back so calm and relaxed. This was the longest we have ever left our dogs and they did such a wonderful job of giving us updates to make us feel comfortable. I seriously can’t recommend them enough! We will absolutely book with them again.

Rochelle is wonderful! My dog is a little anxious when I leave him. I knew he had a good weekend when he was calm and relaxed the night I brought him home. Rochelle must’ve given him lots of love and attention. I’m so grateful!

Diann was great! She sent photos and offered pick up from Maui airport, which was hugely helpful. She fosters dogs and has lots of experience with different dogs. Our millie loved being with other dogs. She even gave us a harness Millie liked!!!

We had recently adopted a dog but had to go away for a quick trip and Farah was wonderful at putting both our new puppy girl and myself at ease :). Thanks so much Farah!

Mellie loved her stay! We enjoyed getting so many pictures and updates of her throughout the week. She had a so much fun, and will be back soon.

Daria is responsive and communicates often. It’s always hard to leave your pet with someone new. But, she goes above and beyond to make you and your pet feel safe. She also sends like of photo updates and is not afraid to ask questions to ensure that your pet has a comfortable and safe visit. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are obsessed with our dog and are always so anxious when we leave her behind to travel, so Jurassic Bark has been such a blessing! After her first stay with them, Sandy (our dog) recognized where we were going in the car ride over and got so excited! Jurassic Bark is like doggy summer camp and she had so much fun playing with the other dogs and spending time with the awesome owners. I would definitely recommend this place to any dog owner, especially if your dog loves play time with other dogs!
